All orders placed with Lucy Lemon are shipped within 1-2 business days using USPS Priority Mail and for U.S. orders, are typically received within 3 business days after that. Upon shipment, you will be sent a copy of your tracking information so you will know when to expect your package. Once packages are shipped, Lucy Lemon cannot guarantee services provided by USPS, as package delivery is out of our control. However, we are happy to answer questions and troubleshoot for you when you email firstname.lastname@example.org with your concern.
We inspect all orders carefully for quality and correctness prior to shipment. However, if for some reason you have received the wrong item or need a different size, we will be happy to provide you with an exchange. Please email email@example.com to request the return. Return and re-shipment costs are the customer’s responsibility unless Lucy Lemon was in error regarding an order.
Returned items can only be accepted if they are unworn, in perfect condition, and with all tags attached. Returns must be postmarked within 10 business days of original receipt.
Lucy Lemon may collect information from you, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address when you place an order, to ensure a smooth and seamless transaction process. Lucy Lemon does not save your credit card information, and will never share any of your personal information with a third party.
